When you get tattooed we are required by the council’s licensing department to get you to fill in a consent form. All this information requires a direct action by you at that time in order for us to receive it.

Circle of Swords LTD retains your information (consent forms) for 5 years, the minimum term required of us by the council and licensing department. 

If legally required or if it is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, we may also retain some of your information for a limited period of time as required, even after 5 years.
